As a result of the developments related to the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), PennyMac Financial Services, Inc. will no longer hold its 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the "Annual Meeting") at its corporate offices. The Annual Meeting will be conducted in a virtual meeting format only via webcast at www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/PFSI2020 on May 28, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time.

Online Proxy Voting

Information about the 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, including the proposals to be voted on at the 2020 Annual Meeting, is contained in the materials above. To vote your PennyMac Financial Services, Inc. common stock that are entitled to be voted at the 2020 Annual Meeting via the Internet, go to www.proxyvote.com or click on the check box below. You will be asked to enter your control number(s) to ensure the security of your vote. You will find your control number(s) on your Proxy Card or Voting Instruction Form received with your proxy materials. If you received your proxy materials via e-mail, your control number is contained in the e-mail.

Submitting Questions; Rules of Conduct

You can view the Agenda and the Rules of Conduct for the Annual Meeting after you log-in to the virtual meeting website at www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/PFSI2020. Stockholders may submit questions related to the items of business set forth on the Agenda in advance of the Annual Meeting by sending an email to PFSI_IR@pnmac.com (stockholders are asked to include the full name of the account holder so we can confirm your status as a stockholder). Questions must be received by 5:00 PM PT on May 27, 2020. The Rules of Conduct will also be available beginning at least five days prior to the Annual Meeting (on or prior to May 23, 2020) at www.proxyvote.com.

During the Annual Meeting, we will try to answer as many questions that comply with the Rules of Conduct and are submitted online by stockholders as time permits. Note that we may group or summarize similar or related questions to provide answers as efficiently as possible. We may not, however, be able to provide live answers to every question submitted.

We encourage our stockholders to enroll to receive future PennyMac Financial proxy materials 100 percent electronically, without waiting for them to arrive by U.S. mail. This will save postage and printing expenses for PennyMac Financial and benefit the environment, as well. If you would like to reduce the costs incurred by our company in mailing proxy materials, you may consent to receiving all future proxy statements, proxy cards and annual reports electronically via e-mail or the Internet.
